I am from San Jose, CA.

2. How long have you been with ADPP?
I have been with ADPP for about 4 years.

3. What is your childcare/teachinng background and experience?
I have been working with children for about 8 years.

4. What do you like most about your job?
I like putting parents at ease when they leave their children in our care, and seeing how happy the kids are when they are here with us.

5. What do you think is special about your ADPP location?
We have the best staff, parents and children! I feel like we are one big family.

6. What is your favorite part of the day at ADPP? 
My favorite part of the day is whenever the kids run up and give me hugs!

7. What is the book you read to yourself?
Breaking Dawn by Stephanie Meyer.

8. What do you do in your spare time?
I spend time with my daughter and husband.

9. What achievement are you most proud of?
I’m most proud of receiving my Bachelor’s degree and having my daughter.

10. What is the single best piece of advice you can give parents?
Allow your infant to bond with their caregiver, explore their environment, and problem solve during their play because you are enhancing their development, self confidence, and independence for the future.
