3. What is your childcare background and experience?
In addition to helping with raising my godson and goddaughter from birth, I
worked with the children at Alum Rock Little League for a few years. Then, I
moved on to work with preschoolers at the James Lick Children’s Center for 2
years and have been working with infants and toddlers at Action Day ever
since.
4. What do you like most about your job?
Children tend to have a naturally positive outlook on life in general, as do
I. They are always full of fun and laughter and it is absolutely the
happiest environment to work in on a daily basis. Watching them grow and
develop is the most rewarding experience in the world.
5. What do you think is special about your ADPP

The staff cares so much about the safety and well being of all the children.

My favorite time is Circle time!!

A child saying, “Okay go away now Daddy!” at morning drop

I like to go dancing, play with my dog and cat, watch
movies, ride my bike, babysit, hang out with my friends, and most of
all SHOP!!
10. What achievement are you most proud of?
Moving out of my parent’s house and living on my own for the last 2 ˝ years.
11. What is the single best piece of
advice you can give parents of toddlers?
Help them to develop their language skills by listening to them and allowing
them to use their words to get what they want.
12. Do you have any healthy lunch ideas?
Toddlers love sweet tastes but that doesn’t mean junk food…fresh fruit,
yogurt, gummies, etc are all healthy alternatives. Fresh food is always a
hit and will help children to learn to eat healthy foods at an early age.
13. Do you have any discipline tips?
Listen to their needs and wants. Always responding to their good behavior
instead of their bad behavior will guide them in the right direction.
